Villa Ione is a new built modern house accommodating up to 4/5 people. The comfortable fully air-conditioned villa is spread over two floors, furnished and decorated in pale colours. The villa offers all the facilities of a holiday house near to the beach promising an unforgettable holiday.

The patio garden is approximately 100 sq m with a 4x6 m swimming pool. The front garden is approximately 50 sq m of lawn with a stone pathway.

Cleaning
There is maid service six times per week.
Linen and towels will be changed twice a week.

Ground floor

The open planned living room has a comfortable three seater sofabed and a 32' flat screen TV with sattelite Nova. The dining area with the adjacent kitchen is equipped with an inox cooker with flat ceramic top, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, juicer and all the necessary utensils.

There is also a double bedroom with two single beds and a WC/shower with cabin.

First floor

The wooden stairs lead on the upper floor which consists of a double bedroom with two single beds and a WC/shower with cabin as well as a large balcony with a large sitting area and sea view.

Outdoor

The living space leads effortlessly to the patio garden with a comfortable shaded terrace and outdoor seating and eating area with modern furniture. The villa is enhanced by it own swimming pool with its inviting crystal waters, complemented with two sun loungers and an umbrella.

Location

Barbati is one of the most popular regions on Corfu Island. It is lively place with the natural charm of the Greek landscape overlooking the sparkling Ionian Sea.

Barbati is located on the scenic east coast of Corfu, just 20 km form Corfu Town, airport and port. The village is set at the foot of the highest mountain of Corfu, Pantokrator. The resort is set along one road. The steep olive grove covered slopes of Mount Pantokrator, leads down to the beach.

Barbati is the Corfiot village of contrasts, attractive of mixed age people, people who love the tranquillity and people who love lively holidays, couples, friends and families. Barbati beach is one mile long pebbly and shingle beach, awarded the Blue Flag of the European community, offering safe and sheltered bathing, perfect for snorkelling.
