Beach house Melia is a new built beachfront house prettily situated a few metres from the well-known Barbati beach on the northeast coast Corfu. The villa enjoys a quiet location with superb views to the sea.

Villa Melia is a very desirable new built house right by the sea accommodating up to 2/4 people. The contemporary fully air-conditioned villa is decorated in pale colours and comfortably furnished to offer relaxing holidays.

Outside the property, there is a deck terrace with an outdoor dining area as well as a modern sitting set and two sun loungers for leisure and relaxation. A very welcome addition is a hot tub/Jacuzzi. An intimate pebbly courtyard surrounded with lawn is leading to the beach.

There is maid service twice per week.

Entering the house there is an open planned kitchen fully equipped with a dining table, an inox cooker with flat ceramic top, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, juicer and all kitchen utensils.

The sitting room of the beach house has two comfortable sofa beds, a 32' TV with satellite Nova, and a large WC-shower with cabin. The double bedroom with two single beds is on the same floor.

Outdoor

The sense of comfort extends to the outdoor seating and eating area The inviting jacuzzi is the perfect spot for rest and relaxation.

Barbati is one of the most popular regions on Corfu Island. It is lively place with the natural charm of the Greek landscape overlooking the sparkling Ionian Sea.

Barbati is located on the scenic east coast of Corfu, just 20 km form Corfu Town, airport and port. The village is set at the foot of the highest mountain of Corfu, Pantokrator. The resort is set along one road. The steep olive grove covered slopes of Mount Pantokrator, leads down to the beach.

Barbati is the Corfiot village of contrasts, attractive of mixed age people, people who love the tranquillity and people who love lively holidays, couples, friends and families. Barbati beach is one mile long pebbly and shingle beach, awarded the Blue Flag of the European community, offering safe and sheltered bathing, perfect for snorkelling.
