The two-storey villa takes full advantage of the terraced hillside location with breathtaking and uninterrupted views to the Corfiot and Albanian horizon and the Ionian Sea. Villa Panorama is fully e quipped and modern, with traditional elements, perfectly adjusted to requirements for relaxing holidays.
Villa Panorama is spacious to accommodate up to 8 people, as it consists of 4 detached bedrooms, two of them situated in the main villa and two independent self-catering studios on the ground floor connected by external stairs. The villa is ideal for families and friends, using the main or both floors, whilst retaining the privilege of the exclusivity of the whole property in every reservation.

The villa is 220 square metres. It has private courtyards, gardens, dining pavilion and a 130sqm private pool. This includes a smaller kiosk, BBQ and a spacious parking place . The pool stands on an elevated position, set amongst the olive trees offering wonderful views. The generously sized pool with its inviting crystal waters is surrounded by a spacious terrace, always bathed by the sunshine, where the guests enjoy sun tanning and relaxation.

The main villa accommodates 4 people and it is characterized by classic and modern style, with emphasis to the comfort.

Pastel coloured combinations and modern and classic furniture have been used for the decoration. The living room with the comfortable settees and the adjacent marble fireplace offer entertainment facilities such as satellite television and DVD player.

The dining room is decorated in classical style, where wooden table, chairs, and surrounding furniture harmonizing with white fabric covers. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, and microwave oven. The bathroom is spacious with full bath.

The pretty air-conditioned bedrooms are divided to the master bedroom with a double bed and a twin bedded bedroom, both fully equipped.
On the ground floor, each air-conditioned studio (one with fireplace) has twin beds and fully equipped kitchens with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, and microwave oven.
Each studio door opens to a large courtyard of 200sqm. The beautiful outside layout engages the traditional and contemporary design. The garden’s furniture is comfortable for up to 8 people. The plants and trees around the gardens, belonging mostly to the Mediterranean nature species, truly reflect the beauty of the nature along the feeling of tranquility. On this terrace is a barbeque, a perfect spot for cooking and dining al fresco with family and friends.

Location

The tiny seaside village of Kaminaki is an unspoiled treasure, a small and quiet village next to the sea, well protected by flourishing hills full with olive groves and cypress trees. Kaminaki is located at the northeast part of Corfu at about 22 km from Corfu town. It is accessible by a steep winding road.

The few old-style stone houses supplement ideally the unique scenery. The fine shingle beach with its deep blue and green coloured sea is very attractive. There are sun beds and umbrellas for hire and sea sports activities and boat hire are available. The snorkelling is strongly suggested, as there are many rocks full of a big variety of fish on both sides of the beach. Not very far from the sea, there are coastal paths amidst the green scenery, leading to the charming bays of Krouzeri, Agni and picturesque Kalami.

In Kaminaki there is one taverna just next to the beach and one more a little higher, with amazing views to all over the area. A mini market is also available for your basic shopping needs.

There is regular transportation by local bus from the main road. You can either go down the northeast coast ending in Corfu Town or up the northeast coast ending in the idyllic Kalami bay, the harbour resort of Kassiopi or Agios Stephanos.

Agni
Surrounded by olive groves, Agni is a small bay with three tavernas.

Kalami
One of the most well known horseshoe-shaped bays of Corfu. Kalami is heaven on earth!

Kouloura
It is a picturesque natural little harbour for small fishing boats neighbouring Kalami. It has a lovely feeling of exclusiveness, as there is no beach, the nearest is just a little further along at Houhoulio. Upon Kouloura’s cape, an old estate stands since the 11th century, which now belongs to the Agnelli family. This small harbour is set against a backdrop of cypress and pine trees and there is only one taverna. There is a old chapel of Ag. Nicolas

San Stephanos
The traditional fishing village of Agios Stephanos (Agios Stefanos) is a quaint resort, set within the arms of a peaceful bay.

Nissaki
The sleepy Nissaki village has just a sprinkling of tavernas and local shops. A small road reaches the exquisite, but tiny, white shingle coves. There are 2 small tavernas and an art shop on the beach.

Ipsos
Surrounded by lush greenery of the hills and Pantokrator mountain, Ipsos is one of the liveliest resorts on Corfu, especially during the busy months of July and August. There is a long mixed shingle and sandy beach along the main road and opposite you will find, just a few tavernas, but plenty of bars and night clubs, fast food places, super markets, tourist shops and tourist offices

.Dassia
a popular large resort with luxurious hotel units, shops, tavernas and bars. The beach is long and shingle, but in the clear waters becomes to sand.
